CLIVE KERSHAW – SHARON PERRYMAN
Like so many other people during lockdown here in Spain I discovered the pleasure of eating 5 meals a day, of cups of tea with pieces of cake, of homemade bread thick with butter.

At the end of the 8 weeks of confinement I tentatively got on the scales and it was no surprise to see that I was at my heaviest ever. 16st 10lb (106.2kg)! Something had to change!

I tried to cut down and managed to lose a couple of pounds but it wasn’t enough for me and my frustrations lead to fry ups!

My golfing buddy had great success on CWP and his enthusiasm was contagious. After long discussions with my wife a decision was made that I would start a very strict regime and I met with Sharon to discuss our plans.

During my first week I was surprised that I felt satisfied, the help from Sharon was amazing and her support and tips kept me on the straight and narrow to such an extent that in week one I lost 12lb.

I continued with the plan, swapping in some low calorie home cooked food as I went on, Sharon was always on hand to advise us on swaps and top tips for creating special treats that helped through snacky times.

10 weeks down the line I am at my target weight of 14st (88.9kg) looking trimmer and fitter than I have in a long time. With Sharon still offering support I’m looking forward to maintaining my new shape and weight, remaining fit enough to run around with my first grandchild who is due in March.
