Here at the Cambridge Weight Plan, we love Smoothies too, but know they can be full of hidden sugar and calories, so we have designed three delicious smoothie options. They all have the fruity flavours we all love, but with a much richer texture, which will fill you up and keep you full for longer. This makes them ideal as a meal replacement, or to have as a snack between meals.
